A night in the park After another argument I leave the porch and start my trek to where I normally find refuge in this hour. The glowing orange orbs of street lights paint my trail as I make my way down the street. It's eerie, the world at this time of night almost fools the senses, a blanketing silence and overbearing darkness hides the fact that a few hours ago this street was just another busy road. I try not to fall victim to my surroundings but logic seems to sleep out of my grasp and I feel deeply alone in the world, my mind knows that this isn't truth but my consciousness cries differently. I'm losing the fight again and I feel mysA night in the park
